We want you to love your Tuli purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds

All Tuli garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed.

However, we are happy to offer exchanges in accordance with our exchange policy.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Simply ensure the item is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange options:

  • Same product in a different size

  • A different style from our website/app

All items go through a quality check before approval.

Store Credit (Refunds)

Refunds are issued only as Tuli E-Credits.

Applicable only for damaged or defective items:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share an unboxing video

  • Raise the request within 7 days


Timelines

  • Refunds (E-Credits): 7–10 business days after approval

  • Exchanges: Delivered within 7–14 working days

Return & Exchange for International orders

All international purchases are considered final sale. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds.

In exceptional cases, store credit may be extended at the sole discretion of Tuli Clothing. Any approved credit will be valid for a limited period and redeemable on future purchases.
